Whether you need a full export or just specific types of leads, we’ve got you covered. Let’s dive into how to export your contacts from the CRM.
1. First, head to your desktop and click on Contacts within your menu

2. If you’re looking to export a specific group of leads, you’ll want to start by clicking More Filters
3. In the Search Filters field, you can find the criteria you’re looking for. For example, if you only want to export qualified leads from your Main Lead Pipeline, type "Pipeline" in the search bar. Then, set the filter to only include leads in the Main Lead Pipeline using the options provided.
Example: If you'd like to only export qualified leads from your Main Lead Pipeline, you will type "Pipeline" in the search bar, then set the filter to only include leads in the Main Lead Pipeline, using the options.
4. Once you’re satisfied with your filter criteria, click Apply
5. Now, you can choose to export with the default columns, or you can customize it by adding or removing columns. To do that, just click on the dropdown labeled Columns.

Example, if you’d like to include notes for the leads, select the column labeled Last Note. Just a heads up: only the most recent note entered can be exported, not the entire conversation history.
6. Now that you’ve customized your export, we’re ready to go! Click the top check mark to select all the contacts visible on the page.
7. If you have more than one page of contacts, you’ll see an option to Select all [number] records. Click that to include all your contacts.
8. Next, click on the Export Contacts icon
9. In the pop-up that appears, click Export Contacts again, and you’re all set! You can now save the file to your preferred location on your computer.
