Note: You need an “admin” role to access the ‘import’ button; it will not be visible if you only have a “user” role.
Click on the "Contacts" Tab
Click on the "Contacts" tab in the left-hand menu.
Click on "Import"
Look for the "Import" button, usually located at the top right of the contacts section.
Download the Template (if needed)
If you need a specific format, download the lead import template provided by Highlevel. This will help ensure your data is structured correctly.
Prepare Your Leads File
Format your lead data in a CSV file according to the template's structure. Include all necessary fields (e.g., name, email, phone number).
Upload Your CSV File
Click the "Choose File" button and select your prepared CSV file.
Map Your Fields
Highlevel will prompt you to map the columns in your CSV file to the appropriate fields in Highlevel. Ensure all fields are correctly matched.
Start the Import Process
After mapping the fields, click the "Import" button to begin the upload. GoHighlevel will process the file and import the leads.
Check Import Status
Navigate to the "Bulk Actions" menu at the top left corner of the screen to check the status of your import. This will provide updates on the import process and confirm whether it was successful.
