2. Once you’re logged in, look to the left side of your screen and click on Settings

3. Next, click on My Profile.

4. From there, scroll down until you see Calendar Settings—this is where the magic happens.

5. You’ll see an option to Add New

6. Click that, and now you get to choose whether you want to integrate with Outlook or Gmail

7. Click on Connect and follow the prompts to log in with your email credentials. Make sure to allow the necessary permissions

8. Once everything’s connected, you’ll see a screen confirming your integration

Look for that green check mark—it means you’re good to go!

And that’s it! Your calendar should now be fully integrated with the CRM, ready to block off busy times and sync up your appointments. If you have any trouble or questions, don’t hesitate to reach out to support@loansondemand.io —we’re here to help!

Troubleshooting Your CRM Integration

Now, if you run into any hiccups, don’t worry! There are two common issues that may pop up:

1. Admin Access Needed:
If you get an error that says admin access is required, you’ll need to reach out to your company’s IT team for approval. If they have any questions about how the integration works, they can always contact us at support@loansondemand.io for further guidance.

2. Error Indicator:
If you notice an orange triangle with an exclamation mark next to your linked calendar, this means there’s an issue with the integration.

Here’s how you can resolve that:

  • Head back to the Calendar Settings section, just like before.

  • Look for the orange error triangle.

  • Click Add next to the error section, select your integrated email, and then click Save.

  • That should clear up the error, and you’ll be back on track.
